Hello! Welcome to a summary of my life. I am a motivated and responsible Brazilian student, currently studying Systems Analysis and Development. I have experience in customer service and process monitoring in a corporate environment. I have communication, adaptability and teamwork skills. I have the motto that I will always be a "learner", I am quick and dedicated in seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth

In my first job, I had the opportunity to work as an Administrative Assistant, where I was able to put into practice skills such as customer service and time management.
In my second job, I had the opportunity to work as a Young Apprentice in IT, being able to study Systems Analysis and Development and put everything I learned into practice!
Interesting fact about me, I love Italian food, dogs, hiking and visiting new places. And my favorite hobby is photography, I also love studying and listening to Pop music.
My work
I am a Brazilian student currently living in Dublin and pursuing a degree in Systems Analysis and Development. I have professional experience in both administrative support and IT assistance, having worked in corporate environments where I developed skills in organization, customer service, and process improvement. My responsibilities included document handling, inventory control, peripheral equipment support, and day-to-day operations, always maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
I'm recognized for being reliable, adaptable, and proactive. I work well in teams, communicate clearly, and am always willing to learn new things. My background in tech has taught me how to think critically and solve problems efficiently, even under pressure.
I speak native Portuguese and have intermediate English (B1/B2), which I use daily while living and interacting in Ireland. I'm currently available for part-time roles and open to work in hospitality, retail, cleaning, or general assistance positions. I am highly motivated to contribute positively wherever I work, while also continuing to grow professionally and personally in a multicultural environment.
